While technically, you can fly a drone in someone’s yard, you have to do so safely or you’re violating FAA guidelines.

Drones are permitted in Costa Rica, but you need an operational certificate from the Costa Rica Directorate General of Civil Aviation as well as a certificate through the Technical Council of Civil Aviation.
Drones are permitted in New Jersey as a whole, and since Jersey City has no laws prohibiting drone flights, you can fly there as well. You must always obey New Jersey state drone laws and federal laws when operating your UAV.
Niagara Falls is a designated no-fly zone if flying under 3,500 feet. You cannot get your drone into the state park without a permit. Trying to fly without a permit could be punishable with fines or even the confiscation of your drone.
Uptown Charlotte has no rules prohibiting drone flight as of this writing.
Drones are allowed in Cabo San Lucas and Mexico as a whole. You’re required to have a license to fly (for commercial pilots only) and obtain a permit for video and photography. You also have to follow Mexico’s drone laws.
Estes Park does not have any local drone laws prohibiting you from flying your drone, but UAVs are off-limits at Rocky Mountain National Park.
Epping Forest is typically a no-fly zone, but members of the Chingford Model Flying Club who have a permit are allowed access into the forest with their drones in designated areas only.
Drones are permitted in Belize, but nonresidents must have a permit to fly. You must also be commissioned for business purposes to use your drone here, so recreational pilots will be unable to fly their drones.
