According to the National Park Service, you are not allowed to launch, fly, or land a drone in or on Death Valley’s waters and lands unless you have written permission from a superintendent.

Recreational pilots can fly drones in a national forest but only in areas without Temporary Flight Restrictions. Wilderness Areas must also be avoided. If you ever do fly in these areas, you’d need U.S. Forest Service approval.
Flying a drone in a Wildlife Management Area is prohibited according to the rules of the Wilderness Act of 1964.
Since the area is in proximity to Love Field Airport, downtown Dallas is Class B airspace and thus illegal to fly in for drone pilots. The areas where you are permitted to fly only allow you to do so within a 400-foot limit.
You can fly a drone over your own garden in the UK but must stay under 400 feet when you do it. However, you cannot go within 50 meters of your neighbor’s garden or anyone else’s garden that doesn’t belong to you.
